1. You are factory or trader?
We are factory, aslo dealing some trading business to supply one-stop service, resources integration, this can save a lot of time& cost to client.

2. Where is your factory ?
Our factory is located in Chun'an County, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang, about 2 hours by train from Shanghai.

3.What about delivery time & MOQ?
Delivery time is 30-45 days after we receive your deposit or L/C, it can be more in peak season and less in low season. MOQ is 5 pcs per item.

4. What is your payment terms?
We accept 100%TT, 30/70TT, LC A/S, can start business by CIF, CFR,FOB,EXW,CIP etc.

5.Do you accept OEM manufacturing?
Yes, we offer OEM manufacturing service.

6.Can you supply samples?

Yes,for the sample cost, we will charge accordingly, while it can be refunded if we get your bulk order.
