Dream Nashville officially opens
Dream Nashville officially opened in Music City's historic Printer’s Alley. The property is located on the site of the city’s first boutique hotel, The Utopia, and its notorious neighbor, The Climax Saloon, all dating back to the 1890’s.
"We're excited to expand our hotel portfolio to Nashville, with Dream Nashville bringing a modern spin to a historic entertainment district. We're confident that our guests will enjoy many memorable moments at our hotel while discovering all that Nashville has to offer," Jay Stein, CEO of Dream Hotel Group, said in a statement.
Dream Nashville’s interiors were designed by Meyer Davis Studio. The property's 168 art deco-inspired guestrooms are joined by 21 suites, including the 1,400-square-foot Guest House suite, which is stocked with a mahogany poker table and a custom Dream Brew on tap. Meanwhile, the 1,200-square-foot Terrace suite includes an outdoor grill with an on-call Barbecue Butler. An art collection donated by the Frist family can be found throughout the hotel, and the property's signature amenities include a voice command virtual concierge, a fitness center, a dedicated concierge and pet-friendly offerings.
