Shanghai International Property and Cleaning Exhibition Sailing Again

          This Expo, sharing quality exhibition resources in Hotel Plus - Total Solution For Commercial Properties, which covered 200,000m² stand area and attracted 174,058 professional audiences, was attended by thousands of domestic and foreign exhibitors, with nearly 50,000m² exhibition area and over 50,000 professional audiences, and set new records for joint exhibitions on exhibition scale, audience amount and customer satisfaction. Now, sales of 2019 exhibitions have been launched in all aspects.

          Highlight Professional Perspectives, Integrate Upstream and Downstream in the Entire Industry Chain

         Three new sections, Expo for International Facility Management (CFME), Expo Intelligent Municipal Cleaning and Waste Management and Shanghai International High-pressure Cleaning and Pumping Exhibition, were added to Expo Clean for Commercial Properties and Hotels (CCE) in 2018, in addition to its original projects of cleaning, internal ecological environment and floor maintenance. CCE fully presented products and application solutions for the whole field with integration into upstream and downstream manufacturers, distributors and end-users in the entire industry chain; and by highlighting property and cleaning industry, focusing high industrial technologies and introducing internet of things and a management mode of mobile internet type, CCE broadened the range the contents of expositions and deep-dug cleaning industry. Series of high-quality seminars and skills competitions in expositions presented a wonderful industrial exchange and procurement feast to audiences.

         Powerful Team to Jointly Build Professional Industrial Exhibition Platform

        Since May of 2018, CFME/CCE and relevant exhibition sections owned by them will joint hands with China International Self-service, Kiosk and Vending Show (CVS), aiming at building an industrial mode combining “smartness, technology and intelligence” and forming an organic force to hold professionalized and thematic exhibitions of larger scale. Ms. GAO Haiyan is in charge of this joint exhibition, Director of Development Department of Shanghai UBM Sinoexpo International Exhibition Co., Ltd. As a senior and professional manager in the field of exhibition operation, Ms. GAO stated that, with professionalized and strong combination of Shanghai International Cleaning and Property Exhibition, China International Self-service, Kiosk and Vending Show (CVS), they hoped to build a refreshing exhibition theming on intelligentization and technicalization and brought to professional audiences in the field brand-new perspectives on the industry chain.

         Mr. HU Ting, Senior Project Manager for Expo for International Facility Management (CFME) and Expo Clean for Commercial Properties and Hotels (CCE), joining exhibition industry from 1999 and engaging in professional exhibitions of cleaning industry from 2002, has been in this field for nearly 20 years, with rich experience on exhibition marketing and operation. Since May of 2018, because former Project Manager, Mr. LI Jun quitted his jobs of exhibition management in relation to Property and Cleaning Exhibition for personal reasons, Mr. HU Ting took full control of the project team for Shanghai Property and Cleaning Exhibition. Mr. HU stated that members in the project team are quite outstanding for their altitude of positivity and aggressiveness and courage of innovation and he would lead the team to creating new ideas for CCE. They would keep working-hard and forwarding with each other to build and maintain the professional exhibition platform in Asia and enhance the innovative development of China’s property and cleaning industry with unremitting efforts.

        Joint promotions of exhibitions will be launch in all aspects from 2018 and marketing team led by LIU Fengfeng, Marketing Manager of Expo for International Facility Management (CFME) and Expo Clean for Commercial Properties and Hotels (CCE) and one led by CHEN Min for China International Self-service, Kiosk and Vending Show (CVS) will join hands and work hard together on the enhancement of marketing and promotion of exhibitions.
