Durum wheat semolina pasta produced in Fara S.Martino with the ancient recipe of Cav. Giuseppe Cocco: the cold dough obtained by slowly mixing the pure water of the Verde River Spring and the best semolina obtained from the gentle coarse-grained milling of the best durum wheat selected in Italy and around the world. The dough passes through the single-hole bronze die and the low temperature static drying guarantees a genuine product, free of additives, tasty with exceptional cooking resistance, which blends perfectly with the sauce.
