The company, which was born in a humble CUSQUEÑAN home, was formed by two young newlyweds, filled with hard work spirit and dreams of a better future for themselves and the children they would bring to the world tomorrow, today focuses its efforts internationalization positioned as the first in its field in the country, with a renewed administration.
INCASUR was founded in the city of Cusco, on February 29, 1968, under the name "Molino Industrial Ortiz Candia", directed by Mr. Antonio Ortiz Candia. Then, on December 14, 1971, his son, Mr. Teodoro Ortiz Tocre, established Industrias Alimenticias Cusco S.A. injecting the company with an entrepreneurial vision.
With one hundred registered brands in his record, the company founded by Ortiz Tocre family, in Cusco, works on continuously improving their industrialization processes in a brand plant equipped with the latest technology. Our factory have HACCP certification, and FDA code.
From its beginnings, INCASUR aimed to revalue the millenary native crops, used by the Incas, who treated them as "sacred grains". Thus, knowing the nutritional properties of these marvelous millenary grains, INCASUR encourages, develops and innovates, constantly, its production and marketing processes in order to launch the best variety of Andean products to the Peruvian market and the world, with excellent quality, advanced technology and with highly trained workers. We expand our business and commitment to international markets such as the US, Europe, Latin-American, and Asia.
