A brief description of our main products:
Cold brew coffee (liquid type):
It is a bold, super-smooth coffee that has a beautiful depth of flavor despite it is produced by mass production. As it is thicker than Espresso, it can be a good base for many coffee beverages such as a café latte, café macchiato, café mocha, or flat white.
Cold brew coffee (powder type):
The only one soluble cold brew coffee powder in the world. It contains a fresh, neat flavor and silky smooth mouthfeel that are unique to cold brew coffee.
Micro grinding coffee powder:
We control the temperature of the grinder under 18 degrees Celsius to prevent heat sensitive flavors of coffee from being damaged during grinding. As a result, the powder tastes as if it was ground just minutes beforehand. It can be added to regular instant coffee powder or baking materials to boost their flavor. Even a small amount brings out the deep scent.
