Neel Desai, Managing Principal of LTD Hospitality Group, is pleased to announce that the owners of the Residence Inn and SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Lake Charles, Louisiana have selected LTD to manage both hotels effective November 1, 2017.

“LTD’s expertise in operating Marriott’s premier select service and extended stay brands will be a great fit for the Residence Inn and SpringHill Suites Lake Charles,” said Desai. “We are very ?excited about the opportunity to deliver exceptional results for the owners.”
