In the afternoon of April 19, General Manager Wang Zhang of Red Star Macalline Beijing Chaoyang Road Shopping Mall and Deputy General Manager Wang Bo of Beijing Suning Sales Co., Ltd. signed the cooperative agreement, and announced that Beijing Red Star Macalline and Beijing Suning formally reached the sharing cooperation of resource channel in Beijing.
The General Manager Wang Zhang of Red Star Macalline Beijing Chaoyang Road Shopping Mall expressed that the household and home appliances were a strong experiential consumption industry, and the scenarized and experiential consumption was more needed. The Red Star Macalline in Beijing owned five shopping malls, but Suning owned huge offline advantages in Beijing – the Internet stores with multiple types of operation such as cloud store, direct-sale store, retail cloud store and Suning store spread all over all regions of Beijing. Beijing Red Star Macalline will rely on the intelligent household and home appliances experience hall created by offline stores of both parties, and provide more convenient and abundant scene experience for new owners of the Internet era.
In the news conference, the Deputy General Manager Wang Bo of Beijing Suning Sales Co., Ltd. revealed that the cooperation with Beijing Red Star Macalline was an important constituent part of promotion of Suning “intelligent retail + X” in Beijing. The intelligent retail means that the Internet, Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence and other technologies to percept the consumption habit, forecast the consumption trend, build the digitization of the retail elements such as commodity, logistics and payment and intelligentization of retail operations such as purchase, sale and service to provide the commodity and service for users by higher efficiency and better experience.
