Midea Group stated that as the first home furnishing brand to release products equipped with Huawei HarmonyOS system, Midea will work with Huawei in the IoT field to break the limitations of single physical device hardware capabilities, achieve interconnection and interoperability of more devices and services, and accelerate construction the whole house smart scene.

At present, IoT technology is Midea's biggest weight to compete for the smart home market, and the entire industry chain layout and technology accumulation give Midea a first-mover advantage.
