It is reported that the Proposal on Changing the Business Scope and Amending the "Articles of Association" accordingly  has been reviewed and approved by Kuka Home, which has supplemented the company's existing business scope.

Compared with the business scope before the change, it can be found that home appliance business has increased, such as home appliance research and development, home appliance manufacturing, household appliance retail, and home appliance parts sales.

In addition, the new businesses include daily necessities sales, daily necessities sales, and daily necessities wholesale. Daily product repair, construction metal parts sales, hardware product retail, or it indicates that Kuka Home will also enter the daily necessities business and construction and hardware business.
