According to an enterprise search, Yihua Life, Lin Yizeng, Zhou Yuyu, and Lin Jiaqun transferred 100% of Shantou Yousenhuo New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yousenhuo New Material"), and Zhou Lanying took over.

It is reported that Yousenhuo New Material is the first company in Taiwan to focus on the research and development of formaldehyde removal/anti-mildew/antibacterial. 

It was established on November 28, 2016, with a registered capital of 1 million yuan. 

There is a subsidiary company-Shenzhen Yousenhuo Housekeeping Service Co., Ltd., which has been cancelled.

Previously, the company was held 51% by Yihua Life, 18.50% by Lin Yizhuang, 18.25% by Zhou Yuyu, and 12.25% by Lin Jiaqun. 

After the completion of the share transfer, Yihua Life no longer holds the company' s shares, and Zhou Lanying holds 100% of the company' s shares.
