What is the "Life art museum"?


The Red Star Macalline Life Aesthetics Center is a new trend model of the home retail composite format pioneered by Red Star Macalline Group in Chengdu: a full-category consumer scene of home life + aesthetics and fashion, playing a cross-border business combination linkage, as a new upgrade the combination of entertainment and consumption places attracts countless people who love life, recognize and pursue aesthetic values.


Guided by aesthetics, this is not only a gathering place for life and retail, but also an exquisite social platform. Zaozuo coincides with Red Star, taking original design as the benchmark value, integrating the dual formats of home stores and shopping malls, driving the beauty and creating a model of modern and fashionable home design-Zaozuo Life Art Museum.


The store space and display design spent nearly a thousand hours in total. At present, Zaozuo Chengdu Life Art Museum has officially opened for business.

Complex business layout, a museum that can be explored


As the first store in a complex format, the 600-square-meter Art Museum of Art for Life integrates installation art, standard home display, retail shelves, and design center. In order to achieve the best shopping experience, the space design team will only do the design of the movement line in the store. Up to 10 versions of the program and amendments have been released. Strive to let visitors continue to have surprises, whether they are in sight or underfoot, and always feel the power of beauty and the joy of exploration.

One after another silky curved surfaces divide the space, which naturally extends to suggest directions and routes for visitors. Compared with the wide view of a standard store, this concept store is uncharacteristically, with a tortuous path: simulation partitions are equipped with a large number of natural partitions, long windows, soft partitions, etc., and the scenes and blocks are half-covered and separated and constantly.


Wandering through it, the line of sight will not feel obstructed, but “spoilers” will continue, attracting you from one space to another.

27 meters long 3-color showcase, gallery-level double entrance


The pioneering posture of the art museum of life, you can see from the landscape-level window.


The 27-meter exhibition area forms an ultra-long window. The three theme colors of yellow-green, blue and red present the space in a dramatic way, conveying a strong emotional tendency, and instantly grabbing all the attention of passers-by. The window can be entered from inside the store, and it is also a good view for taking pictures.

There are two entrances at both ends of the shop, both of which are designed to be art gallery-like for visitors.


At the north entrance, there is an iconic chair wall, 9 representative “silk chairs” conveying bright, modern, and pioneering messages. On the left, a group of natural island-style living rooms are displayed, presenting the core aesthetic concept of creation. Looking in from the entrance, there is an unexpected curved wall, with only a long window open, leading people to step forward to explore the scenery inside.

Compared with the purity and convergence of the north entrance, the south entrance is more rich: a set of bedroom and dining scenes, highlighting the eye-catching round stage in the entrance, the collision of colors, the rich layering of space, and the dramatic sense of lines, interpretation pretend to be "not afraid to challenge".


"Atrium" design pays tribute to local traditions, retail shelves incorporate art installations


The space design team drew inspiration from the "atrium" of traditional Chengdu houses, and designed three atriums in the shop, combining lighting and decorative materials to present dramatic scenery, while paying tribute to the local culture of Chengdu, and giving a space the transparence.

As a multi-format store, this store also innovatively combines art installations, dramatic stages and retail formats. For example, the "balloon atrium" enclosed by retail shelves with a height of 3.1m on three sides, the bedding display with gradual colors, is like an intimate conversation with the gauze curtain hanging from the top in the center.


In addition, the bedding shelves in the bedroom scene, the exhibition-style niche in the wall, and the art installation-like display of the atrium all make the retail format unconsciously blend in this colorful home store environment, while presenting aesthetics and design important value in the home.

Bright tones block, perceive the world from color


The Art of Life Art Museum showcases the "color" DNA of creation to the fullest. Design masters from all over the world decorate your life with beautiful colors from all over the world.


There are three-color showcases on the facade of the store, and a corresponding three-color mini Art Gallery inside. Themed corners show the possibility of visually conveying emotions in daily homes, as well as the bright, full and energetic brand proposition.

On the background of the traditional white shop, this shop presents the visual experience of the color cube. Each space has its own color. The furniture and wall colors are rich and diverse, and they provide as many references as possible for the various needs of the standard. The visual switching between different spaces is rhythmic and full of surprises.

15 standard living spaces, immersive home experience


There are a total of 15 standard living spaces in the store, including the living room, dining room, bedroom, entrance, etc., with the harp, half moon bay, COFA, art gallery and other series presenting exquisite grouping plans.


Each space restores the real home space from the perspective of entrance and exit, lighting atmosphere, etc., to provide an immersive shopping experience. It is easier to compare and imagine your new home in it.
