HIGH POINT — Artistica, a producer of furniture and home décor, will showcase its array of product inside a new 18,300-square-foot showroom on the second floor of the 200 North Hamilton building.

Officials from International Market Centers, owners of the building, said the large showroom offers the “ideal setting” for Artistica to showcase a complete representation of its product line while bringing the company together with similar designer-friendly companies.

“For unique, high-end resources, the Hamilton properties are a prime destination in High Point,” says Scott Eckman, executive vice president of marketing and furniture leasing for IMC. “The property is easy to navigate and offers a vast array of products and lines in a boutique environment. It’s a great place to shop with unique features, including incredible outdoor courtyards and bar areas for networking and relaxation at the end of the day.”

Additionally, Alden Parkes is expanding its space, on the second floor of 200 N. Hamilton, by some 10,000 square feet, boosting its presence in the Hamilton-Wrenn district.
