On Jan. 12, 2018, the board of directors of KUKA Home Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as " KUKA Home") published an announcement on the Cooperation Framework Agreement with Huanggang Municipal People's Government.

The announcement said that the project total planned land area of about 500 mu (about 82.37 acres), and is expected to start construction by the end of July 2018, completed and put into operation before the end of 2019, and is expected to achieve the planning goal in 2022. The project is expected to achieve the planned annual production capacity of 0.6 million sets of standard soft furniture and 4 million square meters of custom home products, operating income of about RMB 3 billion.

The total investment of this project is about RMB 1.5 billion, and all the funds needed for the project come from its own funds.
