Wider, founded by Antonelli, was founded after Ferretti Group resigned and he founded it in his own company. The first Wider 42 was launched in 2010. Wider150 was launched in October 2015 and named M/YBartali. Wider165 was launched in May 2018. She recently won the World Superyacht Award and won the "300-499 GT Displacement Motor Speedboat-48+ category award."

Pachotte, who has deep ties in the field of sailing and multihulls, invented what he called the 110 catamaran last year. This multi-hull has flexible operation capabilities due to the use of diesel-electric hybrid propulsion and solar panels. After talking with several shipyards, Pajot chose WiderYachts as the builder. Wider prioritizes hybrid propulsion and RINA's green + environmental logo. In addition, this shipyard has been paying attention to power technology. In fact, it is the only thermal energy in the ion converter technology that has a thermal energy converter, which can generate electricity to achieve clean and efficient power generation. An Italian shipyard Wider Yachts and Pajot Custom Yachts have jointly created a new 44-meter catamaran concept, the 145 eco-yacht. Prior to this, this smaller 31.1-meter Pajot 115 environmentally friendly yacht followed closely behind. This new type of ship was jointly developed by Marc Pajot and WiderYachts.

Since then, the 110 T speedboat has increased a bit, reaching 115 feet (35 meters), and the name is now called the Pajot 115 environmentally friendly speedboat. The new 44.1-meter model has more space than the previous model, including the rear swimming pool, and has improved performance. The catamaran was built by Wider's dock in Ancona, and it will be equipped with a hybrid drive scheme to make it more environmentally friendly.

The new Wider-Pajot145 environmentally friendly yacht also pays attention to space and performance. In addition, because she is too long, it provides her with more personalization opportunities. The position of the steering gear and the galley, the layout of the cabin and the layout of the rest area are all customizable.

For example, some large catamaran buyers hope mainly for relaxation and leisure. In this example, the galley is located under the deck, in one of the hulls. The elevator is responsible for delivering dishes to indoor and open-air restaurants. Other ship owners like the casual atmosphere of regular interaction between the crew and guests. In this way, the kitchen can be placed on the main deck. In the same way, some ship owners like to drive the rudder station to the salon.

Regarding the new ship type, Mark Payot said: "I have a very good synergy effect with our eco-catamaran and the super yacht made by Wider." The combination of hybrid power system technology provides unique opportunities and experiences for yachts.

He said: "We have just entered an era of environmental awareness for the whole ship. Wider will always be at the forefront of this technology. In the entire series of environmentally friendly yachts, according to the needs of customers, Wider not only intends to adopt the above-mentioned thermionic converter, It also plans to use hydrogen power. In any case, the Wider-Pajot145 eco-yacht will use the shipyard’s power management system.” “I am personally very excited about our cooperation with Marc Pajot and his talented team. Wider CEO Marcello Maggi said , We will jointly build some spectacular and environmentally friendly catamarans to set a new benchmark for the ocean.
