The 31.1-metre Nautor Swan sailing yacht Alix II has received an €800,000 price reduction to her listing with Thea Shaw of Nautor Swan Brokerage.

The 38.4-metre classic Feadship motor yacht Calypso has been listed for sale with Andrew LeBuhn and Randy Weir of Camper & Nicholsons. She rejoins the brokerage market following a "meticulous, multi-million-dollar, 12-month refit" completed in 2025.

The 35.9-metre SilverYachts catamaran SpaceCat has received a further $2,500,000 price reduction to her sales listing with Mark Woodmansey of Burgess and Michel Chryssicopoulos of IYC, just two months after a previous $1,300,000 price drop was announced in September.

Nanny Cay Marina, the marina and boatyard in the British Virgin Islands, has officially broken ground for a major planned expansion project.
