Frédéric Jousset’s 153-foot Art Explorer is the world’s largest aluminum sailing catamaran, yet that’s not what excites him. The French entrepreneur commissioned the custom-built Perini Navi to realize his dream of democratizing the arts. The multihull will sail the Mediterranean and French Antilles to bring free immersive exhibitions to thousands of visitors, while also straddling the divide between charter yacht and floating gallery. Art Explorer is Jousset’s first new-build yacht. His own charter experiences shaped his ideas for the boat. “It had to be a sailing yacht because you can’t promote culture at the detriment of the environment,” Jousset told Robb Report following a tour of the vessel at the Monaco Yacht Show. “I wanted something that was super-efficient in terms of fuel consumption, under 500 GT and with six cabins for charter, because there’s a market for that.”

The 54-metre Baglietto motor yacht C has been sold by Fernando Nicholson at Camper & Nicholsons, who represented both buyer and seller. C was built in aluminium at Baglietto's La Spezia shipyard to a design by Horacio Bozzo Design and delivered in 2021. She was commissioned as a fully-custom project by an experienced owner looking to accommodate a large family on board.

Camper & Nicholsons proudly announces the successful in-house sale of the 37.14m Corto Maltese, originally crafted in 2006 by Dutch Yacht Builders. Led by Mael Fiolet and Rodrigo Nicholson, the seller's representatives, and with Fernando Nicholson introducing the buyer, this transaction marks a seamless collaboration within the Camper & Nicholsons family.

Kurt Strand may have created the perfect marine contradiction. The Florida-based designer, who has a reputation for penning disruptive vessels, has just unveiled a new 253-foot hybrid that is whisper-quiet on the water but stands out with an eye-catching silhouette.

The 32.1-metre motor yacht Princess L is newly listed for sale with Stephanie Bosi and Dimitris Maroulis of Burgess. Built of GRP in Italy by Fipa Italiana Yachts, the Maiora yacht was delivered in 2006 and refitted in 2018. Her exterior is by Maiora with the interior designed by Roberto del Re.
