BS.PRO propellers which are well designed based on fluid dynamics and by CAD/CAM are the replacement propellers for the genuine propellers. In order to endure the tough conditions under sea and fresh water, we developed special aluminum alloy, and we acquired some patents on the materials and the casting techniques. We use investment casting to realize the finer grains inside the materials. Our propellers have the strong durability and corrosion resistance, and the excellent mechanical property.
Our propellers generate the powerful propulsive force. The various pitches and sizes of our propellers can cover almost all the bands of outboard engines.
BS.PRO propellers are designed to absorb the impact very well when being hit by rocks or something floating on the water. Therefore, the impact which can damage the engine is prevented from being delivered to the power transmission gear.
In addition, our products have the long life time, strong corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.
