Scepter played a leading role in converting the marine industry from traditional metal to HDPE remote outboard fuel tanks. The result was a safer, more durable and reliable product. Today, Scepter produces tanks approved for use around the world for leading manufacturers of outboard motors.
In addition, private label opportunities are available. Made from tough, lightweight, high-density polyethylene, Scepter plastic tanks are lighter than metal, won't rust, dent or conduct electricity. They come in two sizes: a 12-litre, or 3.2 U.S. gallon tank for small engine boating needs, especially handy where on-board storage is limited, and a 25-litre, or 6.6 U.S. gallon tank, which has a 3.5 litre reserve fuel feature.
