Recruitment position-Content Operation
Job Responsibilities:
1.Increase the number and activity of platform users, plan promotional copywriting and promotional materials, and conduct multi-channel promotion; explore new channels according to business needs, including live video, private domain, Weibo, site, email, etc;
2.Outside the station coordinate resources, including content reproduced, Friends of the chain exchange, exchange of resources and other external communication;
3.Regularly collect, sort, summarize and analyze operational data, and propose optimization plans;
4.Be sensitive to market / industry hot spots, put forward effective promotion strategies and programs in time to attract target customers, recruit users and convert traffic;
Job Specification:
1.Bachelor degree or above, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, marketing, business management, communication and other majors are preferred;
2.More than 3 years of work experience in related industries, with strong innovation, planning ability, experience in planning and promotion in media and Internet field is preferred;
3.Proficient in the formulation and execution of online marketing plans, rich marketing experience, and proficient use of various promotion strategies;
4.Possess strong market development ability, communication skills, excellent English level is preferred;
5.Have team spirit, strong executive ability, conscientious and responsible work.

Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the contact and relationship maintenance of partners, suppliers, and customers of the B2B platform;
2.Take the supplier as the center, explore and identify the needs of suppliers, and improve the activity and retention rate of supply;
3.To achieve the KPI as the goal, attract new suppliers to join and increase the conversion rate;
4.Through wechat, weibo, social groups, new media and other channels, carry out user recruitment, traffic conversion, and achieve the increase of enquiries;
5.Regularly collect, sort, summarize and analyze operational data, and propose optimization plans;
Job Specification:
1.Bachelor degree or above, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can coordinate communication among users, internal and partners;
2.More than 3 years of work experience in related industries, social e-commerce, user operation experience is preferred;
3.Familiar with online user operations, good at user activity planning and user data analysis, sensitive to changes in data and user behavior;
