Crescent to manage Manhattan's Flatiron Hotel

The Flatiron Hotel Manhattan will join Crescent Hotels & Resorts “Latitudes” collection of lifestyle hotels. Crescent, based in Fairfax, Va., is a nationally recognized operator of hotels, resorts and conference centers throughout the United States and Canada

The Flatiron Hotel is located in Manhattan on Broadway and West 26th Street. The property provides live music every night, and offers guestrooms with amenities such as Swiss Rainfall showers and real televisions in guestroom bathrooms.

The Penthouse rooftop event space overlooks the New York City skyline, showcasing the Empire State Building to the northeast. The Penthouse offers 4,000 square feet of space between the indoor and terrace areas for events up to 350 people, and the Living Room can also be reserved for private parties of up to 400 people in its 3,100 square feet space.
