Marriott International opened a dual-branded 88-room Fairfield Inn & Suites

Marriott International opened a dual-branded 88-room Fairfield Inn & Suites and 96-suite Residence Inn property in St. Louis/Maryland Heights, Mo. Located at 11918 Westline Industrial Boulevard, the hotel is owned and managed by Midas Hospitality of St. Louis, Mo. The hotel will share an indoor swimming pool, a modern fitness center, an outdoor patio with a fire pit and barbecue grill and 1,114 square feet of meeting space. The property also offers a complimentary breakfast and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Located 15 minutes from Lambert International Airport and 25 minutes from downtown St. Louis, the hotel is adjacent to Westport Plaza, Worldwide Technologies Headquarters and Edward Jones Headquarters with access the St. Louis Zoo, Busch Stadium and the St. Louis Art Museum.

The hotel's guestrooms include a work area, an ergonomic chair, task lighting and electrical outlets where guests need them. A curved, mobile desk enables guests to create their own work space, while also optimizing their television viewing.

Residence Inn is an all-suite brand that offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. Designed for stays of five nights or more, each suite also has a fully-equipped kitchen with a coffeemaker, microwave oven and residential-sized appliances. The Residence Inn’s complimentary breakfast has a variety of great options, including specially made items.
