The new Serafina Beach Hotel will open its doors on March 20 in San Juan.

The oceanfront property is located along the Ashford Avenue strip in the Condado district, five minutes from Old San Juan.

Guestrooms in the 96-room, contemporary-design property have floor to ceiling windows with views of the Atlantic or the neighboring Laguna del Condado.

Dining concepts include the hotel's signature aMare restaurant, featuring traditional Italian seafood with Puerto Rican flavors.

Other facilities include an infinity pool with a poolside lounge, cabanas and By the Pool, an outdoor bar.

The Experience the Island concierge service will arrange excursions and tours for guests.

Nightly rates start at $225 per room in low season and $345 during high season.
