Autograph Collection Hotels, Marriott International's (NASDAQ: MAR) distinctive collection of independent hotels, today announced its debut in Oregon with the opening of Hi-Lo Hotel. Situated in the historic Oregon Pioneer Building in downtown Portland, the highly-anticipated boutique hotel was selected by Autograph Collection Hotels because it shares the brand's values of vision, design and craft, and offers an immersive guest experience. Designed by the accomplished team of internationally-renowned Orlando Diaz-Azcuy Design Associates, Arris Studio Architects, and Portland-based groups OMFGC and Jessica Helgerson Interior Design, Hi-Lo Hotel invites guests to engage in elevated style true to the Pacific Northwest. Both elegant and effortless, the notion of mixing the "high" and the "low" is carefully imbued into every facet of the hotel, creating a sense of dynamic warmth and liveliness. From its spectacular public spaces to the organic, modern art and locally-sourced furniture found throughout the hotel, the thoughtful design concept perfectly accentuates the aesthetic of the historic building.

Located in the heart of downtown Portland, the city's most lush hotel reflects the Oregonian landscape and is both raw and refined, resulting in a unique balance of opposites that welcomes those seeking an authentic Portland experience. Each of the 120 guest rooms and suites are outfitted with modern organic furnishings and local handcrafted bathroom amenities by Maak Lab featuring a custom scent designed exclusively for Hi-Lo Hotel.
