Rising Star Compete in Chef Show

It is said that right tool is for the right job. As the source of food-making, the development of the cooking industry has a historical significance for era. Organized by China Cuisine Association and UBM Sinoexpo, The"RisingStar"Chef Competition aims to create Bocuse Cuisine Olympics in global colleges and universities. At the same time, as a significant event of HOTELEX, it is fully sponsored by Electrolux and Coca Cole and invites global professional judges, executive chef from high-star hotel and gold winner from Bocuse d'Or as onsite judges for competition. Evaluation system will gather both opinions from judges and real demand from consumer to select the recognized rising star from players, offering the stage for showcasing their skills.

Shanghai Institute of Tourism, Nanjing Institute of Tourism and Hospitality, Tourism College of Zhejiang China, Chongqing Vocational Institute of Tourism, Sichuan Business Service School and other institutions participate the event actively. Teams from above institutions will compete in appetizer, soup, dessert and food in a specified time, champion of each division will direct to final. The 2nd “RisingStar” Chef Competition Final will be held in HOTELEX Shanghai 2016, looking forward to elite gathered in Final PK.
