U.S. Go Goal Cabinets, a Chinese-based manufacturer of kitchen cabinets, has opened a U.S. headquarters in the Metro Atlanta area. The company is recruiting employees for its 3,000-square-foot showroom and 35,000-square-foot warehouse located in the Metro Atlanta area.
ROC Furniture Industrial, U.S. Go Goal Cabinets A subsidiary of China-based ROC Furniture Industrial Co. Ltd., U.S. Go Goal Cabinets designs, manufactures and sells cabinetry to retail and wholesale markets. Plans call for it to open three additional warehouses and create 20 positions in the next five years.
“Gwinnett County will be an ideal location for us to grow our business, being centrally located in the Southeast,” said Ellis Zheng, president of U.S. Go Goal Cabinets Inc. “We are excited to join the impressive list of other companies who found a new home in this community and we are confident that this location will allow us to enjoy great success.”
According to the Gwinnett Chamber Economic Development, more than a dozen China-based companies have offices in the area. This project was a collaborative effort between the Georgia Department of Economic Development and the Gwinnet Chamber.
Specializing in the production of American-style cabinetry made from imported lumber, ROC Furniture currently ships 40-50 containers monthly from its 300,000-square-foot facility. Upon completion of a proposed 900,000-square-foot manufacturing addition, the company's website says, capacity will increase to 100-130 containers.
