According to the statement by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) on April 20, the IPO application of A-Zenith Furniture Co., Ltd. has got approved by CSRC Issuance Examination Committee. Following KUKA and Healthcare Co., Ltd, another home furnishing company is going to public soon.

The issue prospectus of A-Zenith Furniture Co., Ltd. shows that A-Zenith has made a revenue of RMB 271 million and an operating profit of RMB 41.4468 million in the first half of 2015, making a stable year-on-year growth compared with 2014. It was mainly owing to its stable increase of average product prices and store numbers.

According to the financial data, the revenue of A-Zenith in 2012, 2013 and 2014 were RMB 410 million, RMB 541 million and RMB 563 million respectively, presenting a continuous growing trend.

A-Zenith, first started in 1985 and established in 1992, is mainly engaged in development & design, manufacturing & marketing of middle and top grade wooden furniture products, including six types of furniture field, such as cupboards, beds, tables and sofas. As of June 30, 2015, A-Zenith had owned 26 brand flagship stores in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Shenyang, Harbin, Dalian, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Chengdu, Wuhan and other cities, as well as 151 brand image stores in more than 80 developed cities, such as Guangzhou, Urumchi, Tianjin, Jinan, Shenzhen and Chongqing, primarily establishing a marketing network that covers almost all developed cities in China.
