On September 25, Guangdong Topstrong Living Innovation & Integration Company was listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange with a stock code of 300,749, with a total issued 28,500,000 shares and an issue price of 12.22 yuan per share.

Proposed fundraising of 669 million, it is used for the annual production of 300,000 sets of custom furniture construction projects and intelligent manufacturing production line construction projects.

Guangdong Topstrong Living Innovation & Integration Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002. At present, we had 4 main production base at Zhongshan, Chengdu, Kunshan, Shanhe. With have the world's leading German panel furniture production line. Import ecological door production line, precision hydraulic gated series line and a set of hardware locks, precision mold CNC production lines and so on.               

From 2014 to 2017, Topstrong achieved operating income of 475 million yuan, 576 million yuan, 725 million yuan, and 808 million yuan respectively. The net profit was 4,266,100 yuan, 18,876,200 yuan, 40,422,000 yuan, and 74.295 million yuan. In 1-6 years from 2018, the operating income was 317 million yuan, the net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was 24,227,500 yuan, the operating income in 2017 was 808 million yuan, and the net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was 74.131 million yuan.

According to the announcement of Topstrong, it is estimated that the net profit attributable to owners of the parent company will be 47 million-55.5 million yuan from January to September 2018, an increase of 11.02%~31.09%.
