On April 12, the general administration of customs issued a national export value table for key commodities in March, showing that the total export value of Chinese furniture and its parts totaled RMB 28.10 billion, and the accumulative value in the first quarter in 2019 was RMB 84.91 billion, with a year-on-year growth of 9.2%. Exports of lamps, lighting devices and spare parts totaled RMB 14.05 billion, the accumulative value in the first quarter in 2019 was RMB 45.46 billion, with a year-on-year growth of 19.1%. In addition, the export value of textile yarns, fabrics and products totaled RMB 9.74 billion, which totaled RMB 25.14 billion in the first quarter of 2019, with a decrease of 2.2% over the same period of 2018.
