In the furniture industry, the output of the national furniture manufacturing industry in the first five months was 30.947 million pieces, a year-on-year decrease of 14.4%; in May, the national furniture manufacturing output was 70.672 million pieces, a year-on-year decrease of 3.5%. From the point of view of profitability, the operating income of the national furniture manufacturing industry in the first five months was 222.25 billion yuan, down 16.6% year-on-year; the total profit was 9.59 billion yuan, down 36.4% year-on-year.
