On August 19, Guangdong Dious Furniture Industry Co., Ltd. and the People's Government of Xiaolan Town, Zhongshan City formally signed an investment agreement.
According to the agreement, the Xiaolan Town Government will be committed to coordinating and satisfying the industrial land required for the establishment of the Dious Group Zhongshan Industrial Park, and strive to promote the comprehensive strategic cooperation between the two parties. The government will also provide more support for promoting industry transformation, creating advantageous industries, and establishing benchmark industry demonstration bases.
The Dious Group Zhongshan Industrial Park project is located in the northern logistics park of Xiaolan Town, Zhongshan City, covering an area of about 163.6 mu with a total investment of 1 billion yuan. The project will focus on building a business furniture ecological chain of “office + hotel + medical maintenance” of Dious Group, helping Dious Group to occupy the leading position in the big health, smart home and smart manufacturing industries.
