On June 10, Man Wah Holdings (a subsidiary of Chivas Sofa) and Chengdu high-end brand NACOOC opened a strategic cooperation, the sofa head brand Chivas began to enter the custom home furnishing industry.

Man Wah Holdings entered the customization industry. In fact, it was revealed in the 2020 annual report: In terms of products, the group has further consolidated the leading position of functional sofas and leather sofas in the industry through product upgrades and technological breakthroughs. The group will also enter the custom and fabric sofa field through mergers and acquisitions, and enrich the group's product lineup.

Judging from this investment conference, Man Wah Holdings and Nacooc' s strategic cooperation are discussing three major categories: Nacooc, Chivas customization, and finished products.
