Among the the cutting edge technology we use are CAD for our design and r&d department, automated fabric design quilting machine, automated production cutting line, boring and edging machines. The added benefit of using automated machines ensures that our product quality are constant. Additionally, the use of technology shortened our lead manufacturing time to 30 days. Our internal Quality Control team ensures all product goes by a 5-step checking process- material usage, product sturdiness, comfort, packaging and product finishing, to ensures that completed goods are up to customers' expectations and provide services which are on par.
