Hup Chong Furniture Sdn. Bhd. started its operation since Aug 2001. The Company specializes in the manufacturing and sale of wooden household furniture particularly rubber-wood furniture for 100% export markets to the United States of America & Canada (70%), Middle East (15%), Australia (10%), United Kingdom (5%).

Being a 100% Malaysian owned and private limited based company; the Company’s manufacturing activities are operated from its three factories in Malaysia. All three manufacturing plants are located strategically in Jalan Kapar, Klang, Selangor within 30 minutes driving distance from Malaysia biggest and busiest port; Port Klang.

The company has carved out a strong niche in the household furniture segment, specifically bedroom for adult and youth range and living furniture sets. From its humble beginnings as a manufacturer of component furniture parts for bedroom and pool table sets, the company has grown into a complete high-and-medium-end manufacturer on bedroom for adult and youth (95% of the production capacity) and  living and entertainment furniture (5% of the production capacity). About 70% of its raw materials are Rubber-wood-based with the remaining being American Poplar, New Zealand Pine wood and other wood-based materials.

The Company has a team of in-house Product Development and Designers to designs, sources, markets and distributes case goods, consisting of bedroom, living room furniture and entertainment furniture sets. Besides designs on its own, the Company had worked with customers’ designers and manufactures exclusively to serve its customers through various brands in the furniture industry. Hup Chong Furniture has established its reputation through emphasis on quality and reliability where quality craftsmanship and highly individualistic designs are faithfully applied to each furniture piece.

The total production floor space of more than 550,000 sq ft, its dynamic management team and its energetic trained work force of more than 800 staffs, coupled together with computerized facilities; Hup Chong Furniture is capable to expand its market to buyers’ world widely and ensure Excellent Quality products, Just-In-Time delivery and Prompt services.

With current facilities, the Company strives to be a “Furniture One Stop Centre”, to cater the ever growing demand for customers to develop a furniture collection. The Company also provide warehousing and “direct or mixed containers” services.
