Surya Inc. has lined up a series of special events and seminars during this month’s High Point Market.

The events will be held in the company’s showroom, located at Showplace 4100.

Ted Baker London will present, “Quintessentially British Style for Your Home” from 2 to 3 p.m. Oct. 22. Attendees will learn about what makes iconic lifestyle brand Ted Baker "no ordinary designer label", and see how his signature eye for composition, distinctive use of color and debonair rug designs for Surya infuse spaces with style.

Pratt & Lambert will present, “Captivate: The 2017 Color Forecast,” from 1 to 2 p.m. Oct. 23. The discussion will center on the four “captivating” color palettes for 2017 and the influences for them – from solo travel to virtual realities to visceral experiences with nature.

The bi-annual Surya Fall Market Party kicks off at 6 p.m. and runs through midnight on Oct. 23. Hors d'oeuvres and a selection of beer, wine and signature cocktails will be served.

The launch of the company’s new Elle Décor collection of rugs and dec pillows is being promoted with the “Elle Décor: 30 Years of Style, Inspiration and Joie de Vivre” presentation from 11 a.m. to noon Oct 24.
