The Bookcase Apartment is made off stuff trendy bibliophiles (present company included) dream off. Envisioned by Triptyque Studio, the apartment is built around the client’s love for his book collection. At the centre of the apartment is a twisted bookcase that gives an illusion of being wrapped around the entire  apartment and this no doubt the focal point of the project. The 1000-sq. foot apartment has been designed for Houssein Jarouche, owner of the design boutique Micasa in São Paulo and this is what Triptyque have to say about the project:

“This project embodies the idea of global design – it’s a completely artistic project. A contemporaneous and singular architectural plan is established from the layout to the faucets. The apartment was planned as a great gallery with aligned rooms without an established function.”
