The Book Shelf in the image below is a very interesting yet simple bookcase design that basically shows us that all books are equal. At least when it comes down to size, although, technically speaking, the books shown here only appear to be properly aligned. The Book Shelf sags under the weight of all those books and that causes a great general effect as all books, no matter how big they are, can be aligned perfectly on their top side. The Book Shelf is a simple enough do-it-yourself project. All you need is a MDF shelf measuring 1220 x 300 x 18 mm, two metal brackets and some spare time to look for up to 75 books of different sizes to store on the Book Shelf once it’s finished. The only problem you might have is finding those books as some of them differ in size by only a few millimeters.
