LAS VEGAS — Las Vegas Market has reported its casual furniture temporary space is nearly sold out for winter market that runs Jan. 24-28.
With approximately 30 new outdoor companies showcasing a variety of furniture, décor and accessories on the 13th floor of Building C in addition to permanent exhibitors on the 12th floor, market officials said 250,000 square feet of showroom space is dedicated to the outdoor category.
“We’re seeing more and more companies sign on following the successful launch of our dedicated casual space at summer market,” said Ryan Mahoney, vice president of furniture leasing for Las Vegas Market. “Interest in the category continues to grow as more and more manufacturers see the opportunity that Las Vegas Market provides in terms of access to new buyers and West Coast visibility to new audiences. With our depth and breadth of resources, we’re a unique, one-stop-shop market.”

The casual furniture presentation of permanent showrooms on C 12 continues to grow as well, with more than 60 companies exhibiting. New for winter market will be a seminar devoted to the future of the casual industry.
