Las Vegas Market announced today that international visitors and exhibitors will be well-represented at the summer edition, July 31-Aug. 4, 2016, with buyers from nearly 80 countries registered to attend, and more than 116 exhibitors from 20 countries showing.

“Las Vegas Market continues to establish itself as a must-attend event for our industry, drawing new-to-market suppliers and buyers from around the globe,” said Dorothy Belshaw, president of Gift & Home Décor, International Market Centers.

International buyers are expected to flock to Summer Market, with representatives from 54 countries currently registered to attend. Canada represents the highest number of registered participants, with executives from the Cantrex Group, The Brick and Leon’s Furniture already confirmed to attend. A number of visitors from Mexico also are registered, including representatives from Liverpool and Ace Home Center; as well as a large number of visitors from Colombia.

In addition to the growing numbers of international buyers, Las Vegas Market is attracting substantial numbers of international exhibitors, as well as U.S. representatives of international firms. More than 116 furniture, gift and home décor suppliers from 20 countries will be represented at Summer Market. The largest number of international exhibitors comes from Canada, with more than 51 companies. Other countries represented are: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Denmark, France, Germany, Guatemala, Hong Kong, China, India, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Nicaragua, Singapore, Turkey, United Kingdom and Vietnam.

Also, a number of leading international furniture, home décor and gift brands are participating in Summer Market through U.S. subsidiaries. Leading international home décor brands exhibiting at Summer Market include: Daniel Stuart Studio; FabFunky; Mercana Art Décor; Mood Dekor; Northwood Collection; Outpost Original; Picture Depot; Ren-Wil Inc.; Veruu Design, and Vita Lighting. Major global gift brands include: Abbiamo Tutto; Alessi; Eva Solo; JIA Inc.; Jura; La Maisonette; Le Creuset; Mepra, and Torre & Tagus. High-profile international furniture brands exhibiting at Summer Market include: Cheers/Man-Wah; Décor-Rest; Flair Enterprises, division of Minhas; KUKA; Magnussen Home; Natuzzi; Palliser; Primo; Sunpan and Violino.
