VisionF Yachts has announced the development of a new 30.7-meter supercatamaran, currently under construction at their Yalova shipyard. The hulls of this all-aluminium superyacht have already been completed and turned, with the superstructure also finished. The yacht features a GRP (Glass Fibre Reinforced Polyester) roof, a first for VisionF, aimed at reducing the vessel’s weight and enhancing speed.

The 36.5-metre Mengi-Yay yacht Pennon has been relaunched and renamed Aquila following a nine-month refit at West Istanbul Marina. The yacht was sold in March 2023 to an owner represented by Lima Yachting. Work began in May 2023 with plans for a minor exterior and interior refresh. This soon evolved into a complete redesign of the interiors, a hull repaint – from gold to grey – and a variety of technical upgrades. The refit cost close to €1,300,000, according to Lima Yachting co-founder Ibrahim Konya.

Tommaso Spadolini has introduced the Patrone 45’, a new project developed in collaboration with the Moreno family, owners of the shipyard. Following the success of the Patrone 100, which celebrated the shipyard's centenary, the Patrone 45’ responds to owners' requests for a larger vessel that retains the same style and elegance.

There’s a new Turkish delight on the high seas. A superyacht that Turkish yard Concept Marine delivered in 2012 has hit the water following an epic transformation. The 13-year-old cruiser, originally named Greyzone, underwent an extensive rebuild at Florida’s Serenity Yacht that included stripping down the body to bare metal, extending the stern and aft decks, and upgrading the flybridge. Christened Thanuja, the revamped vessel is now bigger and better than its decade-old predecessor. The overall length increased from 125 to 164 feet and the interior volume jumped from 380 to 440 GT, in fact.

Italian shipyard Cantieri di Pisa has presented a new 48-metre model concept called Polaris 48, the first in a new line of steel and aluminium motor yachts with a focus on versatility, long-range cruising and low fuel consumption.
