The Emirati entrepreneur has launched a new brand called Mirrari to push the envelope in luxury yachting. Al Shaali has enlisted UAE shipyard Enata to build the fleet and designer Timur Bozca to pen the inaugural model.

The 30.6-metre Custom Line 100 motor yacht White Pearl has joined the market with Fernando Nicholson of Camper & Nicholsons. Delivered in 2014, the GRP yacht was designed by Zuccon International and commissioned for an experienced owner. The broker said she is offered in "immaculate condition with low engine hours".

The alleged owner of Alfa Nero has challenged the constitutionality of the legislative amendment that allows the Antiguan government to seize and sell the yacht. A High Court Judge has scheduled the initial hearing for Yulia Gurieva-Motlokhov's challenge of the Port Authority (Amendment) Act for 20 September, 2024. Yulia Guryeva-Motlokhov, daughter of the sanctioned Russian Andrey Guryev, recently fell under UK sanctions and has failed to stop the sale of the Alfa Nero through a court injunction. She is now contesting the legality of the Port Authority (Amendment) Act 2023, used by the government to seize the Alfa Nero last year, arguing that it nullified her ownership rights to the vessel.

The 29.1-metre S.E. Ward & Co sailing yacht Alcanara sold, with Will Bishop of Superyacht Partners introducing the buyer and Jamie Small of Burgess representing the seller.
