Italian shipyard Falcon Yachts has revealed its flagship project, the F50. Delivery would be scheduled for 2027 once ordered. Falcon Yachts' last delivery was the 27.6-metre Sea Falcon (now Alpinn) in 2011, after which the Italian shipyard stopped production. A relaunch was announced earlier this year which involved a new base of operations in Pisa and an all-new lineup of steel and aluminium displacement yachts ranging from 33 to 50 metres.

UAE-based shipyard Gulf Craft has delivered the fourth hull in its flagship Majesty 120 series. She recently underwent her maiden voyage to the Bahamas and is now cruising the US Virgin Islands, where she will be available for charter this summer. Construction commenced in May 2022 at Gulf Craft’s facilities in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. The 37.5-metre yacht was sold by Majesty Yachts USA and Northrop & Johnson in December 2022.

The 36.5-metre Mengi-Yay yacht Pennon has been relaunched and renamed Aquila following a nine-month refit at West Istanbul Marina. The yacht was sold in March 2023 to an owner represented by Lima Yachting. Work began in May 2023 with plans for a minor exterior and interior refresh. This soon evolved into a complete redesign of the interiors, a hull repaint – from gold to grey – and a variety of technical upgrades. The refit cost close to €1,300,000, according to Lima Yachting co-founder Ibrahim Konya.

Italian shipyard Cantieri di Pisa has presented a new 48-metre model concept called Polaris 48, the first in a new line of steel and aluminium motor yachts with a focus on versatility, long-range cruising and low fuel consumption.

The 49.9-metre motor yacht JoyMe is newly listed for sale with Sebastiano Pitasi of Next Yachting. Built of steel and aluminium in 2011 by Croatian yard Philip Zepter Yachts, to extraordinary exterior and interior designs by Philip Zepter, the distinctive vessel was refitted in 2024. Her naval architecture is by Srdjan Djakovic.
