The 29.9-metre Azimut motor yacht Koukles has joined the market with Costas Dimopoulos at IYC. Built in GRP by Italian yard Azimut to a design by Stefano Righini, she was delivered in 2008 and has recently been upgraded. An interior by Carlo Galeazzi with joinery in dark woods contrasting with light-coloured furnishings accommodates nine guests in four cabins comprising a full-beam, king-sized master suite, VIP suite, double and a twin with a Pullman berth.

Finnish boat manufacturer XO Boats has unveiled its latest model: the adventure yacht XO Explr 44. The boatbuilder says the 13.4-metre aluminium adventurer is inspired by superyachts, with ‘premium materials and naval architecture’. The XO Explr 44 is the first adventure yacht launched by XO. The yacht, made of 10/5 mm marine aluminium, can be equipped with 3×450 hp or 2×600 hp motors, reaching up to +50 knots in speed.

Oceanco has provided a closer look at one of the first yachts in its new 80-metre Simply Custom collection. Named Clarity, the Espen-Øino-designed superyacht is one of the early iterations from the range, which aims to offer a proven naval platform with a variety of distinctive designs that can be heavily customised.

Tankoa Yachts has officially confirmed the concession of the Ex Privilege area within the port of Civitavecchia. Guido Orsi, Tankoa’s Marketing Manager, explains, “Our vision for Civitavecchia is to manufacture hulls and internalise part of the welding activities. Tasks that have been outsourced until now can be brought in house, allowing us to have direct control over the quality of the work. In Civitavecchia, we will begin operations almost immediately on one third of the available space in the former Privilege area.”

The 50.3-metre motor yacht Maverick has been sold with Jim McConville of Merle Wood & Associates representing the buyer and Ralph Navarro of Florida Yachts International representing the seller. Built of steel and aluminium by Overmarine in 2022, the Mangusta Oceano 50 model was designed by Alberto Mancini, inside and out, with naval architecture by Pierluigi Ausonio and Overmarine.
