Alia Yachts has created a new type of hybrid. The Turkish yard just launched a fully custom 174-footer that appears to be a mix between a shadow vessel and a luxury yacht. Labeled the “ultimate toy and tender carrier” by the Turkish yard, the new Sea Club 53 was built entirely in-house for an owner who wanted all the fun of a chase boat combined with the finish and styling of a superyacht. (The yard previously delivered a smaller, 89-foot chase boat with the feel of a superyacht.)

Apparently, The World is not enough. The team behind that 644-foot private residential yacht has a larger, more luxurious vessel in the pipeline. Named Ulyssia, the new 1,063-footer offers the best parts of a superyacht, cruise ship, and condominium in one truly epic package.

The world’s largest carbon-fiber sailing catamaran is looking for a new owner. The 110-foot Mousetrap, once the pride and joy of Logitech co-founder Daniel Borel, has been listed for sale with Fraser with an asking price of roughly $19.2 million (€17.95 million).

The Ritz-Carlton is sending one luxury cruise liner across the Pacific Ocean. The American hospitality titan just announced that the 794-foot Luminara will begin cruising to the Asia-Pacific region at the end of next year. Running between December 2025 and May 2026, the 10 new voyages will allow travelers to explore 10 vibrant countries, including Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Thailand, and more.

The Zeelander 5 has finally received its close-up. The 48-foot yacht, which the Dutch yard originally unveiled in 2021, was recently treated to its first full photo shoot and the resulting pictures illustrate the evolution of the Zeelander range.
