Suzuki Marine USA has announced plans to expand its range of outboards featuring the company’s new ‘Shinobi’ stealth appearance package. Introduced to great fanfare at this year’s Miami International Boat Show on the company’s inline four-cylinder 115, 150, 200 and both mechanical and digital control 250 horsepower models, the company says its stealth package will also be made available on Suzuki’s flagship DF350 horsepower integrated steering model and DF300A single prop model for the 2025 boat show season, along with its DF140 model beginning in late autumn/early winter 2024.

Lürssen’s 400-foot Kismet is finally following its cruising destiny. The high-profile superyacht left the Dutch shipyard on May 7 to embark on its maiden voyage, after which it will head to the Mediterranean for its inaugural charter season.

ABT Sportsline is switching gears and expanding from automotive to marine. The German tuning shop, known for creating limited-edition takes on Audis, VWs, and Lamborghinis, has teamed up with Austrian yard Marian Boats to create an exclusive new electric yacht. Named simply the M 800-R, the 26-footer can soar across the seas quietly and emissions-free at speeds of up to 53 mph (46 knots).

A hydrogen-powered superyacht may sound like a far-off sci-fi fantasy, but Feadship has made it a reality. The Dutch shipyard just launched what it claims is the first superyacht in the world to feature hydrogen fuel cells. Project 821 left Feadship’s Amsterdam shipyard on May 4, marking an important new chapter for the yard and the industry at large.

Brabus is a familiar name in the high-performance automotive world. The German firm built its reputation tuning AMG supercars, G-Wagons, Maybachs, and even the occasional Smart Car. Brabus entered the boating world in 2019 in a collaboration with Finnish boat builder Axopar. Nearly five years later, its Marine lineup includes 16 models across four size ranges from 25 to 45 feet.
