1.Enter the Member Center,click the Customer Service System.
2. Enter the Customer Service System,click the System setup.
3. Click the Add and manage customer service
4. Click the add customer service,when the popover comes up you can Fill in user name,English name,password,confirm password and then click save.
5. Bind we-chat: click the we-chat operating button, and the qr code of the public account and the qr code of the bind we-chat will appear.
6. Please use we-chat scan code to follow the public account (left), and then bind we-chat (right).You can receive inquiries from customer.
