1. To receive a free visitor badge, please finish the online ‘Real-Name Pre-Registration' by 12:00 PM 18th October (UTC/GMT+08:00).

2. To ensure order and safety at the exhibition site and reduce waiting time, as required by the on-site security, this exhibition ONLY supports ONLINE REGISTRATION and does NOT provide on-site form filling services. Starting from March 17, online registration applications from overseas visitors require a 24-hour review. Please plan your schedule accordingly to ensure a smooth visit.

3. If you have pre-registered, please ensure you have uploaded your passport and personal recent photo. Those who haven't need to complete this by March 17. Uploading at the fair on-site will result in a 24-hour delay before you can enter.

4. Please present your e-badge and valid identity document to the staff and recover paper buyer badge at the Visitor Registration Counter onsite.

5. The buyer badge is exclusive to the registered user and is non-transferable.

6. One badge entitles you to unlimited access on all days of the event.

7. For trade visitors aged 18 or above only.

What is pre-registration? Why and how do I pre-register?

Pre-registration allows trade visitors to register for free admission badge in advance. With pre-registration, you can enter without waiting for long queue at registration counters. You can successfully pre-register through the website after submitting real information and receiving a "pre-registration confirmation" e-mail from the organizers.

What things do I need to prepare before I visit fair? As a pre-registrant, how can I enter the fair?

1.Register online in advance to get your e-Badge. 

2.Find your e-Badge from your email box and print it out. 

3.Prepare valid identity verification documents (e.g., passport, ID card) for on-site verification.

4.Pre-registrant can recover paper badge at registration counter by showing your printed e-Badge and ID documents to the staff.

What differences between Guzhen Lighting Fair and Guzhen Manufacturing, Supply & Services Expo (GMS)?

33rd Guzhen Lighting Fair focused on exhibiting lighting end products while GMS is positioned on accessories, raw material manufacturing equipment and all fields in lighting business services.

Both fairs aim to optimize the industrial chain of lighting industry and provide lighting manufacturers and buyers a one-stop and high cost-effective trading platform.
