    EXCITING VISA-FREE POLICY TO CHINA
    The National Immigration Administration announced on December 17th the full relaxation and optimization of the transit visa-free policy, extending the stay for eligible foreigners from the previous 72 and 144 hours to 240 hours (10 days) and adding 21 ports for transit visa-free entry and exit, thereby expanding the areas where they can stay and engage in activities. Personnel from 54 countries, including Russia, Brazil, the UK, the US, and Canada, transiting through China to a third country, can enter visa-free at any of the 60 open ports in 24 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) and stay within the specified areas for no more than 240 hours. The policy now allows for cross-regional travel within the permitted 24 provinces, a significant feature compared to the previous 72/144-hour transit visa-free policy.
    VISA APPLICATION TO CHINA
    All foreigners must obtain an entry visa before proceeding to China.
    EXHIBITORS AND VISITORS WITH INVITATION

    All the applicants for visas are required to have an Invitation Letter. 

    Upon receipt of this visa authorization, the applicant is required to present his/her passport, a recent photograph, a completed visa application form (available from local Chinese Embassy) and forward to the local Chinese Embassy or Consulate for completion of the formalities.

    ATTENTION

    Passports must be valid for at least SIX MONTHS beyond the intended date of entry into China.

    The issuing fee for invitation letter is Free for exhibitor and visitor.

    1.The invitation letter we provide is issued by our company, we cannot guarantee the success of the application.

    2.Before filling the invitation letter application form, pleasepre-register online at first. The visa invitation is available in the case of pre-registration.

    3. A scanned Invitation Letter will be ready within 7 days and will be sent to you by Email.
