Markor International Home Furnishings released in the half year report of on August 7 that the company’s business income reached 1.27 billion yuan in the first 6 months of 2014, slightly increased by 1.48%. However the net profit of the public company is 9.37 million yuan which increased by 32.3%.

Again in 2014 Markor’s profit growth mainly comes from the furniture retail business in China domestic market which has income of 0.79 billion yuan increased by 13.61% occupying 61.8% of the total business income.

The business income of furniture export occupies only 12.67% in the first half with an obvious decrease compares with last year. Earlier Markor announced a plan to gradually stop the low profit OEM business in order to save the production capacity their own high profit brands.
