The furniture companies that in the pipeline for IPOs were suspended by CSRC. In February, Red Star Macalline and JSWB had unveiled an agreement of wholly acquisition by 2.2 billion yuan, which could be the largest acquisition case in China furniture industry, but later they decided to switch from “wholly acquisition” to “brand strategy co-operation”. China will be IKEA's No 10 market and IKEA will maintain the expansion speed of opening at least three stores in China a year. In addition, half of the commodity sold by IKEA globally will be from China by 2020.
